Build healthy habits that hold up—even when the school year gets demanding.
Next Cohort: Monday, September 7
A 5-week hybrid, holistic health program powered by the T.E.A.C.H. Framework

You already know your health matters.
You may even know exactly what you should be doing.
Eat better. Move more. Drink your water. Get enough sleep. Manage your stress. Keep up with your appointments.
The problem is that the school year has a way of disrupting all of it.
Your schedule gets tighter. Your energy drops. Lunch gets rushed. Work follows you home. Exercise becomes easier to skip. Recovery gets pushed to the weekend.
Then, little by little, the habits that were helping you protect your health start disappearing.
And eventually, your body can begin showing the strain.
Maybe your blood pressure is trending higher.
Maybe your energy is lower than it used to be.
Maybe your sleep is off.
Maybe your weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, or stress levels are moving in a direction you don’t like.
Or maybe you’re simply tired of telling yourself:
“I’ll get back on track when things calm down.”
The school year may not calm down.
Your health still matters.
You do not need another health plan built for your perfect week.
You need a plan that still works during:
Testing week.
Parent conferences.
IEP season.
Meetings.
Late afternoons.
Exhausting Tuesdays.
And the weeks when everything seems to happen at once.
The Healthy School Year is designed to help you stop starting over and build health habits you can actually maintain inside the realities of working in education.
Introducing the T.E.A.C.H. Framework
Over five weeks, you’ll work through one part of the framework at a time.
T — TRACK

Stop guessing about your health.
You’ll learn how to pay attention to the numbers, behaviors, and patterns that can tell you what needs your attention.
This may include things like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar/A1C, waist circumference, energy, stress, sleep, and the habits that tend to change once school gets busy.
The goal: Know where you are before trying to fix everything at once.
E — EAT

Healthy eating often becomes harder during the school year—not because you suddenly forgot what healthy food is.
Short lunches, skipped meals, dehydration, convenience foods, stress eating, and coming home starving can quickly take over.
You’ll build a simple school-year eating strategy that supports your health without requiring an unrealistic schedule.
The goal: Eat in a way you can repeat even during demanding weeks.
A — ACTIVATE

You do not need the perfect workout routine.
You need movement that still exists when your week gets hard.
You’ll build your personal Movement Minimum so that one missed workout does not turn into three weeks of doing nothing.
The goal: Keep movement in your life even when the full workout has to change.
C — CREATE RECOVERY

If your body stays “on” from the moment the school day starts until you finally collapse at home, stress does not have much opportunity to come down.
You’ll learn how to create recovery during the school day, after work, and in the evening so that recovery is not something you only get on weekends and school breaks.
The goal: Stop waiting until you’re depleted to recover.
H — HONOR YOUR PLAN

This is where everything comes together.
You’ll create minimums, boundaries, backup plans, and a strategy for the weeks when school gets especially demanding.
Because the real goal is not to follow your plan perfectly.
It’s to stop abandoning your health every time life gets hard.
The goal: Build a health strategy you can return to quickly instead of constantly starting over.
What You’ll Get

16 Self-Guided Video Lessons
You’ll move through the program on your own schedule.
Each section follows the same simple structure:
Problem → Pursuit → Payoff
First, you’ll understand why the habit tends to fall apart.
Then you’ll learn the strategy.
Finally, you’ll learn how to recognize the early signs that your new habits are actually working.
Weekly Live Implementation Sessions
This is not just a course you watch and forget.
We’ll meet live each week to help you apply what you’re learning.
We’ll talk through questions like:
What worked this week?
What didn’t?
Where did school interfere?
What needs to change?
What’s realistic for the week ahead?
And what do you need to protect even if everything else gets busy?
These sessions are designed for accountability, troubleshooting, and implementation.
The Educator Wellness Journal
Use your journal to reflect on what you’re noticing, identify patterns, and stay connected to what your mind and body are telling you throughout the five weeks.
The 5-Week Health Reset Calendar
You’ll have a simple visual tool to help you stay focused on the small actions you’re practicing throughout the program.
Not perfection.
Not an overhaul.
Consistent progress.
How You’ll Know It’s Working
You do not have to wait for a dramatic health transformation before recognizing progress.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn to look for three levels of change.
Leading Indicators
These are the behaviors you’re beginning to do differently.
You’re eating lunch more consistently.
You’re drinking more water.
You’re moving even during busy weeks.
You’re actually taking recovery breaks.
You’re keeping track of your health.
You’re returning to your habits faster when life interrupts them.
Progress Markers
These are the changes you may begin to experience.
More stable energy.
Less extreme after-school hunger.
Better stamina.
Improved sleep.
Greater ability to downshift after work.
Less all-or-nothing thinking.
More confidence that you can take care of yourself during the school year.
Longer-Term Health Markers
Over time, consistent health-supportive behaviors may also support improvements in areas such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar/A1C, cardiovascular fitness, and body composition.
Those outcomes can take time.
The first evidence that something is changing is often this:
You’re finally doing the behaviors consistently enough to give your health a chance to improve.
This Program May Be for You If…
You do better with your health during summer or school breaks, but your habits start disappearing once work gets demanding.
You keep telling yourself you’ll “get back on track” later.
You know what healthy habits look like but struggle to maintain them during the school year.
You feel like work gets your best energy and your health gets whatever is left.
You want more structure and accountability without joining an extreme diet or workout program.
You are paying closer attention to health concerns such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight, energy, stress, or sleep and want to strengthen the daily behaviors that support your overall health.
This Is Not About Being Perfect
You will still have busy weeks.
You will still miss workouts.
You will still have days when lunch does not go according to plan.
There will still be meetings, deadlines, unexpected situations, and times when you are tired.
Because a healthy school year is not built by having five perfect weeks.
The difference is that you will have a strategy for those days too.
It’s built by learning how to keep going when the week is not perfect.
Imagine Reaching the End of the School Year Without Having to Start Over Again
Imagine knowing what your body needs.
Having meals you can actually maintain.
Knowing your minimum movement plan.
Having ways to recover before stress completely drains you.
And knowing exactly what to do when a hard week throws you off.
That is what we’re building.
Not a perfect health routine.
A health strategy that can hold up in your real life.
Your Invitation
If you’re ready to stop waiting for the next break to take care of yourself, I invite you to join me inside The Healthy School Year.
For five weeks, we’ll use the T.E.A.C.H. Framework to help you rebuild the habits that school tends to disrupt and create a realistic strategy for keeping them going.
Your work matters.
But so does the person doing the work.
Your mind and body need you.
